AML Policy Applicability
This AML Policy describes the KYC and AML verification procedures (“KYC Verification” as defined in the Affiliate Program Agreement) that apply to individuals who sign up on the Website and register as Partners in the Affiliate Program.
By Partner we mean a participant in the Affiliate Program who wishes to refer other persons as potential customers (“Customers”, i.e. persons who will make purchases on the Website) to Sixth Line Limited in order to receive commissions on the purchases made by the Customers, as described in the Affiliate Program description on the Website, and who has the option to withdraw the commissions by sending them to their cards issued by authorised financial institutions.
General users of the Website who register for accounts, browse the Website and make purchases but do not sign up for the Affiliate Program are not required to complete KYC verification unless specified in this AML Policy.
By Partner we mean an eligible natural person. Legal entities should not set up affiliate accounts and apply to join the Affiliate Program until they have contacted the Sixth Line Limited team and passed the enhanced verification process. Legal entities wishing to become Partners are also subject to a separate co-operation agreement and payout terms. A legal entity may not make payouts to an individual’s card following a general user flow for Partners in the Affiliate Program. Should Sixth Line Limited discover that a legal entity is using an affiliate account intended for an individual without providing Sixth Line Limited with the correct and accurate information about themselves Sixth Line Limited reserves the right to freeze rewards and block withdrawals from the account until proper verification has taken place.
KYC Verification Procedure and Timelines
Each Partner must complete KYC verification before they can withdraw earned commissions.
During KYC verification, Partners must provide the following documents:
Valid identification documents (high quality colour photo or scan with all edges clearly visible), which may include any of the following:

The KYC verification is usually completed within 48 hours of submission. We reserve the right to request the documents in better quality or in a different format or to request additional documents if we believe that the submitted documents are not sufficient to verify the Partner.
Failure to provide accurate or complete information may result in delays, account restrictions or suspension of payout privileges. Proof of address documents issued beyond the above period (the last 3 months from the date of application) will not be reviewed.
