AML Policy Applicability

This AML Policy describes the KYC and AML verification procedures (“KYC Verification” as defined in the Affiliate Program Agreement) applied to individuals who sign up at the Website and register themselves in the Affiliate Program as Partners.

By Partner we mean an Affiliate Program participant who wishes to refer other persons to Sixth Line Limited as potential Customers (“Customers”, persons who will make purchases at the Website), in order to gain Commission for the purchases made by Customers, as outlined in the Affiliate Program description on the Website, and have a capability to withdraw the Commissions to their cards issued by authorized financial institutions.

General users of the Website who register for accounts, browse the Website, make purchases, but do not enroll in the Affiliate Program, are not required to complete KYC Verification unless specified in this AML Policy.

By Partner we refer to an eligible natural person. Entities should not create affiliate accounts and apply for the participation in the Affiliate Program before contacting the Sixth Line Limited team and passing enhanced verification procedure. Separate agreement on cooperation and payout terms would also apply to legal entities willing to become Partners. A legal entity shall not withdraw funds to a card of an individual following a general user flow for Partners in the Affiliate Program. Should Sixth Line Limited discover that a legal entity uses an affiliate account functionality devised for individuals, not having disclosed the accurate information about itself to Sixth Line Limited, Sixth Line Limited reserves the right to freeze any rewards and block withdrawals for such an account until proper verification.

KYC Verification Procedure and Timelines

Partners must complete KYC Verification before becoming eligible to withdraw earned Commissions.

KYC verification is typically completed within 48 hours of submission. We reserve the right to request the documents in better quality or other format, or request any additional documents if we believe the documents provided are not sufficient for us to verify the Partner.

Failure to provide accurate or complete information may result in delays, account restrictions, or suspension of withdrawal privileges. Proof of address documents issued beyond the timeline specified above (last 3 months from the date of application) will not be reviewed.
